Children
and families’ worker. ( Full or part time)
JNC level 1-2 depending on qualifications and experience
We are a charismatic evangelical church of 250 adult and 80 + children under 14 yrs old. There is a well established toddler group and good relationships with families and schools within the community. We have a thriving youth work run in partnership with our local Anglican church and already have a full time youth worker. Our involvement in the community is expanding and we are now looking for a Children and Families’ worker in order to develop our work in schools and to initiate other projects that give opportunities for children and families to hear about Jesus.
The person appointed will be responsible to the Children’s Ministry leader and will be working with an existing team of committed volunteers. We are looking for someone with qualifications and experience but consideration could be given to someone still training who was able to demonstrate the right level of initiative and enthusiasm.
