The Wave
The WAVE is returning again this summer! 25th - 30th July 2010! Local Churches joining together to Serve the Community!
In July 2010, the Wave is coming to Haslemere for the third year running. Each year we've had a fantastic time serving our local community in practical ways. Last year, teams of Liquid Youth and adults did car washing at the Herons Leisure Centre, gardening, painting, visited the elderly, ran a cafe, played sports with kids and held a family fun afternoon on Lion Green. The Wave also continues throughout the year with small teams going out every other Saturday morning to serve members of the community by doing gardening, painting and other odd jobs around the home for those that may not be able to afford it or do it themselves.
