Position:  Associate Pastor and Worship Lead (Full time)
As our church has grown, we are looking for a full time Associate Pastor and Worship Lead to add to our leadership and staff team. This will be a key addition and we are willing to flex the role for the right person.

Role: We envision this role leading our pastoral team, overseeing welcome and newcomer integration, worship and prayer and supporting our senior leader in overseeing our services, including some leading and teaching.

Hours:  This is a full time role, 40 hours a week, with generous holiday allowance.

Position:  Temporary pastoral lead
We are looking for a spirit filled, self-motivated individual with a passion for God and people, skills in leadership, administration and communication, together with the ability to work effectively with the leadership team, staff and volunteers.

Closing date for applications: Thursday 16th March, 2023


Role: This role is to provide short term cover and will last no more than 50 weeks with no prospect of it becoming permanent.

Hours: Part time - 24 hours per week (which will include some evening and weekend working).

Salary: To be confirmed, depending on qualifications and experience and is likely to range between £12.50 and £17.00 per hour.

: We are keen to appoint this role as soon as possible to cover a temporary gap in the staffing structure. We would encourage applications as soon as possible, noting that the deadline is close of business on Thursday 16th March 2023. Selection process: will be by interview, expected to take place on the 20th March 2023. We are looking for the successful candidate to start immediately after the pre-employment checks have been completed.
